This Saturday January 16th at 7pm Liberty Bistro will be hosting a wine dinner!
Skip the usual dinner and a movie and join us for a night filled with fun, history and best of all great food!
This wine dinner will be featuring Vallformosa Spanish and Argentinean wines and a delicious 5 course dinner that Darren has put together including:
1st course- Pear Salad w/Bleu Cheese, Walnuts & Liberty Vinaigrette
2nd-Gnocchi w/Spinach, Mushrooms, Onion & White Wine Lemon Butter Sauce
3rd-Spanish Style Steamed Mussels
4th-Beef & Pork Skewers w/Chimichurri Sauce
5th-Eclaires
